Syajie Koptown Hotel 🏨 is near to Segamat KTM Train Station 🚉 and Segamat Mall. Good for a night stay. Not much amenities. Only Ground and First Floor Hotel Rooms are available as the Elevator 🛗 is not working during our 2D1N stay on Wednesday 16 July 2025 to Thursday, 17 July 2015. Please do take note. Thank you 😊

Bilik luas dan selesa. TV ada 2 channel sahaja yang TV1 dan TV Okey. Ada sabun mandi sahaja yang lain sila bawa sendiri contohnya berus gigi, ubat gigi dan shampoo rambut. Air cond ambik masa sikit nak sejuk. Nak buka pintu masuk agak tricky sikit. Belakang hotel ada Segamat Sentral Mall, stesen bas dan stesen keretapi.

地理位置優越：就在汽車站和火車站邊上，走路五分鐘，旁邊還有個商城，購物吃飯方便。環境：挨著火車站但是很安靜，因為火車天才四班，前台門口坐一下很涼快，早上吃個早餐也很愜意。衞生和設施：新酒店，味道很大，第二天的床單和被罩上的味道太大了，沒法睡都，但是**事説他的OK ，可能男女對味道敏感度不一樣。早餐：10馬幣一位，簡單的炒飯，炒麵，椰漿飯，不過看起來不錯，吃的人也很多。服務：前台工作人員耐心熱情。按金：50馬幣因為自己定的是小房間，一天有窗戶一天沒窗戶，通風稍微有點差，不介意味道的可以入住，其他的沒有什麼缺點。

Booked a room consist 1 king size and sofa bed. But the room fully book during check in and been ask to change to a room with king size bed only. Receptionist inform that the room size same as the room with sofa bed. But when we enter the room, size of the room are small. This happen quite sometimes already in my previous stay. Quite disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Excellent value for money—great quality without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for a pleasant and affordable getaway!

Too expensive while we stay for queen bedroom RM2xx for a night. The room and corridor have smell, the door need pull it stronger to tight and use the key to lock, the door unlock/lock is using a key not the card to unlock or lock. A lot of sound in afternoon to evening, can hear drop thing sound, can see the corridor full of room cleaning bedsheet and other.The door soundproof is really bad, you can hear people talking at corridor. Quiet dissappointed on this travel. This hotel is RUIN my day. They lock the door at night, you need to knock and ask the security inside(Wathing TV nor sleeping) open the door for you if you late. There is no check in at midnight, you need to reach earlier before the staff get off work. Conclusion: Not recommended this hotel. I'm not vilifying this hotel. I'm really not satisfying this hotel rate RM2xx per night but providing a 1/1.5 star hotel quality. For the customer who want to book, you should consider as well.

Very noisy in morning with doors banging everywhere, can hear water drainage from next/above hotel room, shower stand which is broken. Anyway it is excellent place for the price you pay.
